Adjustable 1913 side-folding stock with a 5-position beam, adjustable cheek piece and butt pad, and a 4140 steel hinge.

Midwest Industries builds the Alpha Series Folding Stock around a 1913 Picatinny clamp rather than an AK rear trunnion. That makes it a two-part upgrade on a stamped AKM: a 1913 end plate such as Midwest's tang-compatible MI-AK-PEPAT goes on the receiver first, and the Alpha stock clamps to that rail.
The stock itself is the adjustable member of the Alpha family. A 5-position locking beam sets length of pull, the polymer cheek piece and the butt pad both adjust for optic height and plate-carrier use, and three QD sling sockets are built in. The side-folding hinge is 4140 heat-treated steel with a full-length locking lug, and it can be set to fold left or right. On the tang-retaining Midwest end plate it has to fold right.
Midwest lists 1 lb 5 oz for the stock, adding 8.0 inches to overall length and 0.75 inch when folded.
