Overview

The Muffintop Tactical ARTP9 is an assisted reset parts kit for the B&T TP9. The kit is CNC machined steel: a reset lever, a slip trip, and an enhanced connector, plus a grease packet, and Muffintop says it includes everything needed to install it in a TP9. A trip bar times the reset, the system does not rely on bump firing, slam fire, or hammer follow, and all factory safety components stay in the pistol.

The ARTP9 launches with two positions, safe and assisted reset, and no standard semi position; Muffintop is developing a three-mode version without a release date. It is listed for TP9s with the rotating safety, with crossbolt-safety testing in progress. Muffintop recommends the factory trigger, reports successful testing with the CSM TP9 Pro Trigger Bow Gen 2 and the Empire PBF Stiletto, and states that the kit does not work with the Gigliotti Rifleworks Short Stroke Trigger Kit.
