The Triggered Company
Ambidextrous-safety version of the LAT match-grade FRT for left-handed and switch-shoulder shooters
The Triggered Company LAT Ambi is the ambidextrous-safety version of the LAT match-grade assisted reset trigger. The cassette internals are identical to the single-side LAT: 17-4 stainless steel and 4140 chromoly on wear surfaces, a 3-3.5 lb pull in standard semi with a flat trigger bow, and variable rate of fire in ARSE mode. The only difference is the ambidextrous 3-position selector lever, exposing Safe, Semi, and Enhanced Semi on both sides of the lower.
Like the single-side LAT, the Ambi retains the reset lever rather than combining it into the trigger piece like the Disruptor. In standard semi-automatic mode, the selector completely disables the assisted reset and out-of-battery safety functions, delivering a crisp, single-stage trigger feel. In the third ARSE position, the assisted reset and out-of-battery safety activate: pull tightly for a measurably reduced-weight assisted reset, or pull gingerly and let it run.
For left-handed shooters or anyone who switches shoulders behind barricades, this is the LAT variant to buy. The $25 premium over the single-side LAT buys the ambi selector that the Disruptor Ambi charges the same premium for. Buffer requirements are identical: H2 minimum, H3 recommended for 16" and shorter barrels, standard rifle buffer for 20" A2 stocks. Anti-walk pins are included; CLAP pins are preferred.
