Centurion Arms Hard Chrome Sandcutter BCG

Centurion Arms designed the Sandcutter BCG specifically to address reliability challenges in sandy, dusty, and debris-filled environments where standard BCGs can experience failures. The defining feature is the carrier's sand-cutting grooves, which are precision-machined channels that help evacuate sand, grit, and debris from critical bearing surfaces. This design prevents particle accumulation that could cause carrier tilt or cycling failures in harsh conditions.

The current complete Sandcutter BCG uses a hard-chrome carrier with a chrome gas key secured by T-OCKS fasteners, a hard-chrome cam pin, firing pin, retaining pin, and the buyer's choice of Centurion V2 chrome bolt, E4 tapered chrome bolt, or 6.5mm Grendel / 6mm ARC chrome bolt. The hard-chrome finish gives the carrier strong corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, and abrasion resistance without relying on a gold TiN finish.
