Overview
White Label Armory's M16 nitride BCG is a complete 5.56/.223 bolt carrier group built to the conventional spec list: an 8620 steel carrier in the full-auto M16 profile, heat treated and final ground before finishing, with a 9310 bolt that is shot peened and magnetic particle inspected. The carrier, bolt, cam pin, and 8640 firing pin all carry a black nitride finish, which resists corrosion and wipes clean more easily than phosphate.
The gas key is machined from billet 4130 steel and held with Grade 8 fasteners that are properly staked, and the extractor is billet 4140 steel with an insert and a Viton O-ring already fitted. It drops into any standard AR-15 upper with a .223 bolt face barrel, which covers 5.56 NATO, .223 Remington, and .300 Blackout.
