Super-short 4-12x FFP precision scope with 30mm tube and illuminated MD5 MRAD reticle
The EOTech Vudu 4-12x36 FFP is an ultra-compact precision scope that packs serious magnification into a remarkably short 7.1-inch package. Marketed as "Super Short," it is one of the most compact 4-12x scopes available, competing directly with much longer and heavier offerings from other manufacturers.
Built on a standard 30mm tube, the Vudu 4-12x36 uses XC High-Density low-dispersion glass with anti-reflective multi-coatings for edge-to-edge clarity and true color accuracy. The first focal plane MD5 MRAD reticle maintains proportional subtensions at all magnification levels, enabling accurate ranging and holdovers whether dialed to 4x or 12x.
The illuminated reticle provides 10 brightness settings with a CR2032 battery lasting approximately 300 hours. Capped turrets with 0.1 MRAD clicks and zero-reset functionality keep the scope field-ready while preventing accidental adjustment. Released in Q1 2026, the Vudu 4-12x36 fills the gap between EOTech's 1-10x LPVO and their higher-magnification Vudu precision scopes.
