By utilizing a single CR123 battery mounted transversely, the XPS2 achieves a remarkably small footprint while maintaining the large viewing window and parallax-free aiming that define EOTech optics. For shooters who want the EOTech experience without night vision requirements, the XPS2 provides exceptional value compared to the EXPS3.

The signature 68 MOA ring with 1 MOA center dot enables lightning-fast target acquisition in close quarters while providing precision capability beyond 200 yards. The holographic reticle technology projects the reticle at infinity, meaning the dot appears at the target plane regardless of eye position—eliminating the parallax shift that affects traditional red dots at close distances. This makes the XPS2 particularly effective for awkward shooting positions and unconventional stances.

Built with the same rugged construction as its NVD-compatible siblings, the XPS2 is waterproof to 10 feet and operates in temperatures from -40°F to 140°F.
