The CZ P-10 C OR is the optics-ready variant of the P-10 C, with a factory-milled slide that accepts CZ's adapter-plate system. The gun ships with four factory plates covering RMR/507C, DeltaPoint Pro, Shield RMS, and Docter/Venom footprints. Aftermarket plates like the C&H Precision V4 MIL/LEO line extend coverage to EPS, K, ACRO, 509T, RMRcc, and Romeo-X PRO footprints. The OR shares the standard P-10 C's low bore axis, ambidextrous controls, and striker-fired trigger that many reviewers rank among the best in the class.
The 4.02-inch barrel and Glock 19-sized dimensions carry over, so holster compatibility is unchanged. Three interchangeable backstraps allow grip circumference adjustment. At $499 MSRP, the OR is $50 over the standard P-10 C and includes the factory optic plate kit. The P-10 C/F/S OR cut shares the same plate interface as the CZ Shadow 2 OR, confirmed by EGW and C&H Precision.
