Overview
The HK SP5 is the full-size original reference for the clone field, not another clone candidate. Heckler & Koch builds model 81000477 in Germany as a semi-automatic civilian sporting pistol. It uses an 8.86-inch cold hammer-forged barrel, a fluted chamber, a stamped steel receiver, and the same roller-delayed blowback operating principle that defines the MP5 pattern.
The Navy-style barrel has 1/2x28 muzzle threads and three-lug engagement surfaces directly behind the muzzle. The base SP5 has no factory optic rail. It ships with two 30-round magazines, a sling, and a sight-adjustment tool.
