TANDEMKROSS Ultimate Trigger Kit (Ruger 10/22)

The Ultimate Trigger Kit is the middle rung between a bare Victory Trigger shoe and a complete Manticore housing. TANDEMKROSS developed it with Brimstone Gunsmithing, and it replaces the three parts that actually determine how a 10/22 trigger feels: the shoe, the hammer, and the sear. The hammer and sear are machined from billet S-7 tool steel with the critical engagement surfaces EDM cut, which is what lets the geometry go this light while keeping the sear engagement deep enough to stay safe over thousands of rounds.

The kit also does away with the factory trigger return spring and plunger, which is the part responsible for most of the grittiness people describe in a stock 10/22. In its place is a single coil of music wire that flexes and rebounds without friction, so the reset is quick and quiet. Pre-travel is very short out of the box and an over-travel screw handles the rest. TANDEMKROSS puts the finished pull just above or just below 2 lb.

Everything installs into the existing factory polymer housing with no tooling or gunsmithing, which is why this kit costs a fraction of a complete drop-in group. Two fitment notes: metal aftermarket trigger housings may require some fitting of the parts, and installing the kit into a BX trigger group also requires a TANDEMKROSS disconnector, which then extends fitment to the 10/22 Target LITE and 10/22 Competition.
