Magpul PMAG 21 GL9

The Magpul PMAG 21 GL9 provides four additional rounds over standard 17-round magazines while maintaining a practical form factor. The modest extension adds roughly half an inch to the overall length, creating a comfortable pinky rest for shooters with larger hands while providing meaningful capacity increase for duty or competition use.

The extended body uses identical materials and construction methods as the standard GL9 series, with a proportionally longer steel spring to maintain consistent feeding throughout the capacity range. The four-way anti-tilt follower and constant-curve geometry ensure reliable function even with the added rounds. External dimensions remain compatible with most standard magazine pouches.

This capacity strikes an excellent balance for practical use - enough extra rounds to matter in competition or defensive scenarios, but not so extended that it compromises concealment or handling. Many shooters use the 21-round magazine as their primary carry magazine in full-size Glocks, appreciating the additional capacity without the bulk of 33-round extended magazines.
