Overview
The TTI +3/+4 Base Pad is the shorter sibling of the TTI Firepower +5/+6. Same CNC 6061 aircraft aluminum construction, same beveled front edge that catches off-angle reloads, same anodize color options. The difference is length: the +3/+4 is sized so a factory G17-body magazine still passes the 141.25mm USPSA Carry Optics and Limited gauge with less overhang.
On a factory Glock G17 9mm magazine tube, the +3/+4 yields a 21-round capacity. On a G22 .40 tube it adds 3 rounds for a 18-round magazine. The basepad slides onto the factory magazine and locks with TTI's patented push-pin design, replacing the OEM polymer floorplate, and is designed to work with the stock magazine spring.
Shooters who run both Limited and Carry Optics often buy the +3/+4 and the Firepower +6 so the same magazines can be set up short or long. The shorter basepad is also the right choice for G34 shooters who run deep-concealment or range-drill configurations where magazine length matters.
