TTI Firepower Base Pad +5/+6 (Glock 17/22/34)

The Taran Tactical Innovations Firepower +5/+6 Base Pad is a CNC-machined 6061 aluminum extension that threads onto a factory Glock G17, G22, G34, or G35 magazine tube in place of the OEM floorplate. In 9mm G17-body magazines, capacity climbs from 17 to 23 rounds. In .40 G22-body magazines, it adds 5 rounds for a 20-round total.

Compared to the OEM polymer floorplate, the TTI basepad provides added weight for faster seating during reloads, a beveled front edge that catches off-angle reloads on the magwell, and enough length to clear most aftermarket aluminum magwells like SLR Rifleworks and Taran's own TR-1 magwell. The extended spring and basepad are typically sold as a kit with the TTI-branded spring, matched to the longer tube length.

TTI basepads are legal in USPSA Carry Optics and Limited Optics divisions (no length cap), and are also legal in Production when used in magazines that still meet the 141.25mm equipment-box length limit. Most Production shooters use the shorter TTI +3/+4 variant for full Production compliance.
