The Ruger PC Carbine 19100 is the practical center of the 9mm carbine category: a 16.12-inch takedown rifle with a threaded 1/2x28 barrel, receiver-mounted Picatinny rail, reversible magazine release, reversible charging handle, and an included Glock magazine well.
