The Savage A22 FV-SR is the heavier-barrel semi-auto for shooters who want a compact suppressor host. Its .22 LR straight-blowback action feeds from a 10-round rotary magazine. The 16.5-inch medium-contour barrel is button-rifled and ends in a suppressor-ready threaded muzzle with a target crown.

Savage builds the barreled action with a matte black finish and sets it in a rugged composite stock. The receiver is drilled and tapped, and a one-piece Picatinny rail comes installed. Two QD studs provide sling mounting points, while the user-adjustable AccuTrigger lets the shooter set the trigger.
