Overview

Daniel Defense cuts this chassis for its own Delta 5 action rather than a 700 footprint, so it is a drop-in swap for the factory polymer stock on a Delta 5 and nothing else. The base is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and mechanically beds the action metal-on-metal, which keeps the bedding surface from moving with humidity the way a polymer stock can. The forend carries M-LOK at six positions and a continuous RRS-spec ARCA lock along its entire lower edge, so bipods, tripod clamps, and barrier stops slide anywhere along the rail rather than snapping to fixed points. A scalloped cut at the receiver lets a large-objective scope sit lower over the bore. The grip is an AR-15 interface, so aftermarket grips fit, and the thumb rest adjusts left and right. Length of pull runs 13.6 to 14.9 inches and the comb adjusts for height, yaw, and drift without tools. It feeds any AICS short-action magazine.
