Ruger BX-Trigger

The Ruger BX-Trigger is the factory's own answer to the 10/22's heavy, gritty stock trigger. The complete trigger module drops in without fitting and replaces the entire trigger group, not just the springs. Pull weight comes down from the factory 5-6 lb range to roughly 2.75 lb with a crisp single-stage break. It is not a match trigger, the take-up is short but not eliminated and the wall is not as glassy as a Volquartsen TG2000 or KIDD two-stage, but at $90 MSRP it is the best dollar-per-improvement upgrade you can do to a 10/22 or 22 Charger. For a plinker, a trainer, or a hunting rifle that does not need a 1 lb match break, the BX-Trigger ends the trigger conversation.
