Yankee Hill Machine has built the YHM-9383 low-profile gas block for long enough that it is one of the default budget answers when someone asks for a no-drama .750 fixed block. It is a set-screw block in black-finished steel, sized to clear slim free-float rails, and priced near the bottom of the market. Nothing about it is exotic, and that is the point: it seals the port and feeds the tube without giving you anything to think about.

YHM also offers a pinch-screw variant, the YHM-9384, that clamps around the barrel journal rather than relying on set screws bearing on a dimple. The clamp design distributes its grip around the journal and is worth the few extra dollars on a barrel you would rather not dimple. Both versions are fixed and non-adjustable, so a suppressed or short-barrel host that runs overgassed needs a flow-restricting tube or a heavier buffer to balance.
