Overview
The KDG SIDELOK MRO mount holds a Trijicon MRO at a 1.57-inch optical centerline, which puts standard AR iron sights in the lower third of the window. The MRO ships from Trijicon with a low base that sits too far below the bore axis for a co-witness, so a taller aftermarket mount is the normal fix; this one supplies the height and a quick-detach interface in a single part.
SIDELOK uses a guarded push-button cam in place of a throw lever or tension knob, so nothing protrudes past the side of the receiver to catch on slings, plate carriers, or door frames. KDG states the mount returns to zero when reinstalled in the same rail position. The base measures 2.25 inches long and 1.10 inches wide, weighs 3.9 ounces on its own, and wears a black anodized finish.
