Overview
The TA110-C-100807 pairs the 3.5x35 LED ACOG with Trijicon's red MRAD chevron tree reticle. It combines the two features most buyers trade off on an ACOG: the longer 2.4 inch eye relief of the 3.5x35 body and user-adjustable LED brightness, with six settings powered by a single AA battery.
Trijicon rates battery life at over 12,000 hours on setting 4 with the supplied alkaline battery at 70 degrees F. The MRAD reticle uses consistent mil subtensions instead of a single-cartridge BDC, so holds come from your own rifle and load. That suits suppressed carbines, 300 Blackout running supersonic and subsonic ammunition, and rifles that do not match a factory BDC.
The tradeoff is size. At 8 inches long and 20.8 ounces, it is the heaviest of the four MRAD ACOGs, and the 5.5 degree field of view (28.9 feet at 100 yards) is narrower than the 4x32's. It ships on the TA51 flattop thumbscrew mount with a forged aluminum housing.
