The Gideon Optics Granite Competition RMR is an open-emitter pistol optic built around a large 28.33mm-wide by 22.5mm-tall window. Its 6 MOA dot comes in red or green, and the RMR-compatible base mounts directly to matching slides and plates. Gideon also includes a 1913 Picatinny adapter for rail use.
The 7075-T6 aluminum housing measures 50.5mm x 38.5mm x 32.9mm and weighs 1.97 oz with the battery installed. Ten brightness levels include eight daylight settings and two night-vision settings. Windage and elevation each provide 45 MOA of adjustment at 1 MOA per click, while motion sensing puts the optic to sleep after 255 seconds without movement.
