The Springfield SAINT Victor 5.56 California Compliant (STV916556BCA-V2) is Springfield's factory-featureless build of the V2 generation Victor, configured at the factory for the California feature test. The pistol grip is a Strike Industries CA-compliant unit that does not protrude conspicuously beneath the action, the stock is a fixed B5 Systems Enhanced SOPMOD (not the six-position adjustable used on the 50-state Victor), and the muzzle device is the SA Muzzle Brake, not the SAINT flash hider.
