Bravo Company Manufacturing's complete upper receivers represent the industry standard for reliability and quality control. Each BCM upper is machined from 7075 T6 aluminum forgings to precise mil-spec dimensions, ensuring complete interoperability with all standard AR-15 lower receivers. The forging process provides superior strength compared to billet alternatives while maintaining the correct hardness for long-term durability.

The cold hammer forged barrel uses the correct mil-spec steel per MIL-B-11595E and features chrome lining for enhanced corrosion resistance and extended barrel life. BCM's conservative gas port sizing ensures reliable cycling while minimizing wear on critical components, contributing to the platform's legendary durability under high round counts. The included bolt carrier group is machined from Carpenter No. 158 steel, shot peened for increased strength, with a chrome-lined gas key properly staked per military specifications using Grade 8 fasteners.

BCM's quality control process includes full assembly, head-spacing verification, and test-firing prior to shipping. The MCMR (M-LOK Compatible Mounting Rail) handguard provides a free-float design for improved accuracy potential while offering abundant M-LOK attachment points at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions.
