The BCM 11.5" BFH (Barrel Forged Hammer) complete upper represents BCM's compact cold-hammer-forged barrel option with the MCMR-10 handguard. The 11.5" barrel length gives better velocity than many 10.3" alternatives while staying short enough for maneuverable pistol or SBR builds.
The cold hammer forged barrel is manufactured to mil-spec steel standards per MIL-B-11595E, providing a durability-oriented upgrade over the standard BCM barrel rows. The chrome-lined bore and chamber help resist fouling and corrosion under high round counts.
The complete upper uses BCM's MCMR-10 M-LOK handguard, providing a free-float design with useful accessory mounting space around the shorter barrel. The 1:7 twist rate is appropriate for common 5.56 defensive and training loads, including heavier bullet weights often selected for short-barrel applications.
