Compact open-emitter carry optic on the RMSc footprint with red, green, and MRS variants

The Glock 43X MOS slide is cut for the Shield RMSc footprint: two screws with four locating bosses, two at the front and two at the rear. Any optic on that RMSc pattern drops straight onto the cut and bolts down with no plate. Holosun's K-series dots (407K, 507K, EPS Carry) match the screw spacing but carry only two locating pockets, so on a four-boss slimline cut they sit on an adapter plate instead of on the bosses. Nothing in the RMR size class fits at all: the slimline slide is too narrow, and no plate converts an RMSc cut up to an RMR.
Read the item number on the case sticker before you order a plate. Glock started shipping an updated slimline cut in late 2025: slides marked MOS use the original four-boss RMSc pattern, and slides marked MOSK use the two-boss Holosun K pattern. On a MOSK 43X a K-footprint dot mounts directly and the plate is wasted money; on the original MOS cut it is required.
These optics carry the Shield RMSc footprint the slide is cut for. Screws, recoil bosses, and pocket all line up, so they seat on the slide with no plate.

These optics use the same screw spacing but a different locating pattern from the Glock 43X MOS slide cut, so they mount on a plate that bolts into the slide and presents the matching pattern to the optic.

Optics that do not share that locating pattern, the Holosun 407K X2, Holosun 507K X2 and Holosun EPS Carry among them, mount over an adapter plate that bolts into the slide first.

No. The RMR footprint is far wider than the slimline slide and there is no plate that converts an RMSc cut up to an RMR. Micro optics on the RMSc or Holosun K pattern are the only red dots that mount on a 43X MOS.
Not without work. The standard Glock 43X slide has no optic cut, so the paths are a milling service cutting the slide for RMSc, or an aftermarket optic-cut slimline slide. The 43X MOS is the factory version that already has the cut.
