Plate 02 out of the factory set fits Trijicon RMR and Holosun 507C pattern optics and Plate 04 fits the Leupold DeltaPoint Pro, while aftermarket plates cover Aimpoint ACRO, Holosun 509T, Holosun EPS, and Shield RMSc / Holosun K. The pocket is the same one the full-size MOS pistols use, so what you need is a standard Glock MOS plate.

The Glock 26 MOS takes the same MOS plates as its full-size siblings, so the mounting interface is not the variable here. Optic footprint is: the subcompact slide is the shortest in the MOS line, so a large RMR-class body covers proportionally more of it than a micro RMSc or Holosun K dot does. Both families mount, and the choice is about how much slide and sight picture you want to give up. A non-MOS Gen5 Glock 26 has no optic cut at all.
