The SIG P365 Fuse carries the Shield RMSc footprint, which SIG lists as the Compact cut, milled straight into its 4.3-inch slide. An RMSc-pattern dot bolts to the slide with no plate under it, which is the lowest and stiffest mount available on this pistol. The Fuse gives that footprint the longest slide in the P365 line, so a full-size enclosed optic has more room here than it does on the 3.1-inch guns. The Trijicon RMRcc is the popular micro dot on a different pattern, and it mounts on the Maple Leaf P365 RMRcc adapter plate.
Fuse models split on whether the optic is already there. SIG lists 365XF-9-BFO-RS with a ROMEO-RS fitted and 365XF-9-BFO-RXSL with a ROMEO-X SIG-LOC Compact fitted, while 365XF-9-BFO leaves the pocket empty for the dot you pick. Buying an equipped model settles the optic at the counter. If you want the RMRcc instead, Maple Leaf names the Fuse slide among the slides its P365 plate fits, and excludes the California-compliant P365 slide with the manual loaded chamber indicator.
These optics carry the Shield RMSc footprint the slide is cut for. Screws, recoil bosses, and pocket all line up, so they seat on the slide with no plate.
