Vector Optics S6 1-6x24i Fiber LPVO Mount Kit

The Vector Optics S6 1-6x24i Fiber LPVO Mount Kit solves the problem that makes most sub-$200 LPVOs a false economy: the mount. A one-piece 30mm Picatinny mount at 1.93 in center height ships in the box, so the scope goes from carton to zeroed AR-15 without a second purchase that often costs as much as the optic. A throw lever, honeycomb sunshade, flip-up caps, and a spare set of ring caps come with it.

Optically it is a second-focal-plane 1-6x24 on a 30mm tube with 4.0 inches of eye relief and a 109.2 ft field of view at 1x, which is wide enough for both-eyes-open work up close. The VIS-F1 reticle uses a fiber-optic collector alongside six levels of battery illumination, so the aiming point stays visible in bright daylight without leaning entirely on the LED. Turrets move in 1/5 MIL clicks with more than 50 MIL of adjustment and include a turret lock and zero reset.

Two things are worth knowing before it goes on a build. The 1.93 in mount height is the tall modern AR height, which suits a chin-weld shooting position but does not co-witness with standard iron sights, so plan the backup sight strategy accordingly. Vector rates the scope IPX4 rather than the IP67 sealing found further up the price ladder, and being second focal plane, the reticle subtensions are only true at 6x. The CR2032 is not included.
