Osight SE MOS Enclosed (Glock MOS Direct Mount)

The Osight SE MOS is an enclosed-emitter red dot machined for the Glock MOS mounting pattern, which means it drops into the slide cut and takes three M3 screws with no adapter plate underneath it. That plate is what the product exists to delete. A Glock MOS plate adds a second bolted joint between optic and slide, raises the sight above factory iron height, and gives recoil one more interface to work loose. The direct-mount field it joins is short: the open-emitter Holosun SCS-MOS and the C&H Precision direct-mount MOS optic. The SE MOS is the enclosed entry in it.

The reticle is a 2 MOA dot inside a 32 MOA circle, switchable to dot only, circle only, or both from the side buttons, projected by a top-mounted diode onto a rearward-slanted front window rather than across an open channel. Sealing the emitter is the point: rain running off a slide, pocket lint, and unburned powder land on an outer lens a shirt tail cleans instead of on the diode itself. The window measures 0.83 by 0.55 inches, a standard pistol viewport rather than a wide-body competition window, and adjustments move 1 MOA per click with 35 MOA of travel each direction.

Power is a single CR1632 in a side-loading tray, so a cell swap never requires breaking the optic loose from the slide or re-zeroing afterward. Osight rates it at 140,000 hours in dot-only mode at brightness 3, and the reticle triple-flashes once per minute when cell voltage drops below 2.2V. A motion sensor wakes the optic on movement and shuts it down after three minutes of inactivity, returning to the last brightness setting on wake. The housing is CNC-machined 7075-T6 aluminum rated IPX7. Osight excludes two hosts outright: Gen6 Glocks and the Slimline MOS guns, the 43X and 48, which use a different and smaller cut.
