The Bear Creek Arsenal BC-15 is the budget entry into a complete .350 Legend AR. At about $605 direct it is the cheapest way to get a factory-assembled straight-wall rifle on the AR-15 platform, undercutting the Ruger MPR and CMMG Resolute by a wide margin. For a hunter in Ohio, Indiana, Iowa, or Michigan who wants AR ergonomics and soft recoil without spending four figures, the BC-15 is the price leader.

The rifle uses a right-side-charging configuration, which routes the charging handle to the upper's right side for a non-reciprocating, easy-to-reach throw. The 16 inch barrel runs a 1:16 twist on a carbine-length gas system and wears an M-LOK free-float handguard, so adding a light or bipod needs no rail adapter. A flash hider ships installed on the muzzle. The rifle is made in the USA and accepts standard AR-15 lower parts.

The tradeoffs are real at this price. No magazine ships in the box, so budget for .350 Legend-specific mags separately, and Bear Creek's fit and finish reflect the cost. This is a working deer rifle, not a precision build, and the muzzle thread is not confirmed bare under the installed flash hider.
