Daniel Defense NULL 9Ti

The NULL 9Ti is built for pistol caliber carbines, and Daniel Defense is direct about why: on a blowback PCC the problem is not just sound, it is gas coming back at the shooter's face. The high-flow internal architecture is tuned to keep backpressure down, which reduces both the blowback and the exposure to combustion gases and particulate that comes with running a can on a semi-auto.

The build is weldless, fully 3D-printed titanium, and it produces a can that weighs 4.4 ounces at 5.08 inches long and 1.41 inches across. That is light enough that it barely changes the balance of a carbine, which matters more on a fast-shooting PCC than on a rifle. Daniel Defense cites independent testing showing over 75 percent noise reduction against a bare muzzle under controlled conditions, and publishes no dB figures.

Mounting is the Mini-HUB standard, and the can ships with a direct-thread 1.125x28 Mini-HUB mount for 1/2x28 hosts, so a threaded 9mm carbine barrel needs nothing else. Ratings are the part to read carefully: no barrel length restriction for 9mm or subsonic .300 Blackout, a 7 inch minimum barrel for supersonic .300 Blackout, rapid-fire rated up to subsonic .300 BLK, and semi-auto only on supersonic .300 BLK. Daniel Defense does not list a piston or booster, so this is a direct-thread can for fixed-barrel hosts rather than a tilting-barrel pistol can. As with any suppressor, the purchase is an NFA transfer: the transfer tax is $0 as of January 1, 2026, but registration and the transfer process still apply outside the party-specific Silencer Shop Foundation v. ATF injunction.
