Arizona Magazine Limit: No Current State Cap

Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-3108 bars political subdivisions from regulating the possession, sale, transfer, purchase, acquisition, storage, or transportation of firearms, ammunition, components, and accessories except where the statute expressly authorizes a local rule.

There is no federal magazine capacity limit; the 1994 federal assault weapons ban expired in 2004.
