Oklahoma Magazine Limit: No Current State Cap

Oklahoma Statutes title 21, section 1289.24 occupies and preempts the entire field of legislation touching firearms, air-powered pistols and rifles, knives, components, ammunition, and supplies, and it bars municipalities and other political subdivisions from adopting orders, ordinances, or regulations on their sale, purchase, transfer, ownership, use, keeping, possession, carrying, transportation, licensing, registration, or taxation other than sales and use taxes. Its local exceptions are limited to municipal ordinances on firearm discharge, traffic citations for improperly transporting a firearm, citations for air-gun discharges that leave the intended premises, and confiscation of property used in violation of municipal ordinances, plus school policies on knives.

There is no federal magazine capacity limit; the 1994 federal assault weapons ban expired in 2004.
