Oklahoma Magazine Capacity Limit

Oklahoma Statutes title 21, section 1289.24 reserves the field of firearms, firearm components, ammunition, and supplies to the State. It preserves the particular local discharge, zoning, and employee rules listed in the section.

There is no federal magazine capacity limit; the 1994 federal assault weapons ban expired in 2004.

Scope: Detachable magazine round-count restrictions for handguns and long guns. States not listed have no capacity limit.
