Nevada Magazine Limit: No Current State Cap

Nevada Revised Statutes sections 244.364, 268.418, and 269.222 reserve regulation of firearms, firearm accessories, and ammunition to the Legislature across counties, cities, and towns. Each section retains defined local powers, including certain discharge and unsafe-use rules.

There is no federal magazine capacity limit; the 1994 federal assault weapons ban expired in 2004.
