Tennessee Magazine Limit: No Current State Cap

Tennessee Code section 39-17-1314 preempts local regulation of firearms, ammunition, and components, including purchase, transfer, manufacture, ownership, possession, sale, storage, transportation, and taxation, subject to the statute's enumerated exceptions.

There is no federal magazine capacity limit; the 1994 federal assault weapons ban expired in 2004.
